Please be aware that not all of our jewelry can be resized! It all depends on the design and the materials used in that particular item.
Of the rings that we currently sell online, we accept resizing requests for the following designs:
【Amie】ー all designs besides the two-finger rings, +/ - up to 2 sizes
【tirelire】ー metal-only designs, +/ - up to 2 sizes
【tirelire】ー designs with only diamonds (no other gemstones), +/ - up to 2 sizes
【Petit U】ー all designs, +/ - up to 2 sizes
【U】ー all designs, +/ - up to 2 sizes
We ask for one month (from the time that we receive your jewelry) to complete the resizing, as well as any required time for shipping (if necessary).
For those located in countries other than Japan:
Resizing that is requested upon purchase will be completed free of charge, before items are shipped.
If you find, after an item arrives, that the size isn’t quite what you expected, we are still able to resize the above-listed items! However, please understand that there will be a resizing fee. In addition, the shipping and customs fees associated with sending the item, both to our atelier and back to the customer, will be at the customer’s own expense.
For those located within Japan:
The first-time resizing of any eligible item, whether requested at the time of purchase or anytime afterwards, will be free of charge. Subsequent resizing requests will be accepted at the following rates.
For those who are able to come to our stores, events, etc. for collection and delivery, no shipping fees are necessary. Otherwise, we kindly ask that the customer be responsible for one-way shipping (for collection of the item). Shipping costs to return the completed item to the customer will be covered by Moixx!

Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Unless there are exceptional circumstances or a request for resizing has been made, all in-stock items will be shipped within five days of receiving your order!
For jewelry not currently in stock, we ask for three months of crafting time. Items will be shipped out as soon as they are ready!
In the case of purchases that include both in-stock and out-of-stock products, please understand that one shipment will be made containing all of the items, once the items have all been completed. If you would like to receive the in-stock items more quickly in such cases, please purchase the in-stock and out-of-stock items separately. By doing so, the separately-purchased items will also be shipped out separately (shipping fees will be charged for each shipment).
Customers will receive a notice by e-mail (including any tracking numbers) once their items have been shipped.
Shipments to destinations outside of Japan: Packages will be sent using Japan Post's EMS International Mail service. Rates vary depending on the package weight and destination. Please see our FAQ for more information about rates and delivery times!
Shipments within Japan: Packages will be sent using Yamato Transport's shipping service. Rates vary depending on the destination (please see our FAQ for more information).
Please kindly understand that, as a general policy, we usually cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless a product is defective or faulty due to our error.
