• Our jewelry pieces are handcrafted delicately, one-by-one. As such, they are vulnerable to impact, so please avoid drops and collisions.

• Please refrain from wearing the jewelry when doing any heavy lifting/manual labor, playing strenuous sports, bathing, sleeping, engaging in childcare activities, caring for the elderly, etc., as there is a risk of accidental harm.

• Please remove the jewelry in both situations of high temperature (e.g., saunas) and cold temperature (e.g., ski resorts), as there is a risk of burns or frostbite. The same applies when entering hot springs, seawater, or other similar situations.

• Depending on your physical constitution, you may experience rashes or itchiness. Upon noticing any such abnormalities of the skin, please discontinue wear of the jewelry immediately and consult a specialist.

We take natural gemstones’ unique characteristics, from their irregular forms to their varying inclusions, to be their “personalities”, and our jewelry is made to bring out the charm of those personalities to the utmost.

• Please be aware of rugged portions and take care accordingly, such as removing the jewelry before changing clothes.

• In addition, certain materials or gemstones are vulnerable to impact, sweat, oil, water, heat, and/or detergents.

• Please be aware that items with delicate chains may become tangled, depending on the way in which they are stored.

• The use of excessive force may cause damage; please handle the jewelry with care.

Each piece of jewelry will come in a simple, sleek Moixx jewelry box and be accompanied by a Moixx cloth pouch that can be used for storage.

A gift bag of appropriate size and a Moixx sticker for sealing the gift bag will also be included free of charge.

A Proof of Purchase certificate will be included for each item purchased.

In addition, as a small token of appreciation for your purchase, a copy of your jewelry's design concept(s) - originally handwritten by Moixx's designer (a master calligrapher in Japan) - will be printed on specially-textured paper and included in your package. Thank you!

The jewelry boxes and pouches that we use are of sturdy, high-quality materials that are suitable for gifting!

The included gift bag, sticker seal, cloth pouch(es), and box(es) are all color-coordinated for a calm and chic, grey color scheme that is adaptable to many occasions, from formal to casual.

With these packaging items that come with your purchase, your jewelry is ready for gifting!

For online purchases, we currently accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover), PayPal, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.

You will be charged through your chosen payment method at the time of checkout.

Customers will be informed of whether their order has successfully gone through by e-mail!

E-mails will be sent to the e-mail address provided to us during checkout, so please check that this information has been entered correctly. If there are any errors, typos, etc. in the contact information provided, it is possible that order confirmation e-mails, as well as subsequent shipping notification/ready for in-store pickup notification e-mails will not be able to be delivered. (However, please rest assured that if we have received your order properly, then even if we are unable to contact you by e-mail, we will still be able to prepare and ship your order.)

All of our products come with a one year warranty, as evidenced by a Proof of Purchase certificate that you will receive for each item purchased.

These certificates cannot be re-issued, so we kindly ask that you keep them in a safe place!

- For items bought or ordered from us online, warranties are valid for one year from the date on which we ship out your item(s).

- During the warranty period, if an item is damaged under conditions of normal use, we will repair it free of charge. When requesting a repair in such cases, please present the relevant item's Proof of Purchase certificate along with the item. Repair requests can be made in person at any of our stores, or by contacting us online.

- Please understand that even while the warranty is valid, the following cases will be charged, as according to our policies:

• Resizing or other changes in item specifications due to customer preference, discoloration of gemstones, damaged or missing gemstones, changes of earring back style/post style, other special processing/repairs, etc. that are unwarranted by reasons of normal use

We offer various maintenance and repair services, such as resizing, jewelry refreshing (e.g. restoring jewelry’s polish/finish to its original state), repairs of broken chains, etc. Please contact us for details regarding your specific situation.

All Moixx jewelry comes with a one year warranty period, during which we will repair, free of charge, damage that occurs under conditions of normal use. For more information about warranties, please see the relevant section above!

You can bring your Moixx jewelry to any of our stores for free cleaning, anytime! We will inspect your jewelry's condition (for loose stones, etc.) before conducting the cleaning, to ensure that the process will be safe for your items.

Please kindly understand that, as a general policy, we usually cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless a product is defective or faulty due to our error.

If you wish to request any kind of cancellation, please be sure to contact us directly!

For in-stock items bought online, purchases can be canceled at any time before the items have been shipped out. Unfortunately, once items have been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. Thank you in advance for your understanding! 　

For orders of out-of-stock items made online, cancellation is possible for up to one week from the time at which we receive your order. Please understand that cancellation is not possible if more than one week has passed since we received your order.

If you would like to cancel only specific items from a purchase that includes multiple products, we apologize for the trouble, but please cancel the entire purchase and re-purchase only the desired products.

If you would like to ask about the possibility of canceling a resizing request (determined on a case-by-case basis), please contact us!

Unless there are exceptional circumstances or a request for resizing has been made, all in-stock items will be shipped within five days of receiving your order!

For jewelry not currently in stock, we ask for three months of crafting time. Items will be shipped out as soon as they are ready!

In the case of purchases that include both in-stock and out-of-stock products, please understand that one shipment will be made containing all of the items, once the items have all been completed. If you would like to receive the in-stock items more quickly in such cases, then please purchase the in-stock and out-of-stock items separately. By doing so, the separately-purchased items will also be shipped out separately (shipping fees will be charged for each shipment).

Customers will receive a notice by e-mail (including any tracking numbers) once their items have been shipped!

** Please note that, while we currently only ship within Japan, we will soon begin expanding our shipping to overseas destinations! **

Packages will be sent to overseas destinations using Japan Post's EMS International Mail service.

Please be aware that not all of our jewelry can be resized! It all depends on the design and the materials used in that particular item.

Of the rings that we currently sell online, we accept resizing requests for the following designs:

We ask for one month (from the time that we receive your jewelry) to complete the resizing, as well as any required time for shipping (if necessary).

For those located in countries other than Japan:

Resizing that is requested upon purchase will be completed free of charge, before items are shipped.

If you find, after an item arrives, that the size isn’t quite what you expected, we are still able to resize the above-listed items! However, please understand that there will be a resizing fee, as detailed below. In addition, the shipping and customs fees associated with sending the item, both to our atelier and back to the customer, will be at the customer’s own expense.

For those located within Japan:

The first-time resizing of any eligible item, whether requested at the time of purchase or anytime afterwards, will be free of charge. Subsequent resizing requests will be accepted at the rates detailed below.

For those who are able to come to our stores, events, etc. for collection and delivery, no shipping fees are necessary. Otherwise, we kindly ask that the customer be responsible for one-way shipping (for collection of the item). Shipping costs to return the completed item to the customer will be covered by Moixx!
